About the game
Hornet Swarm is a free 3D browser game about a hornet growing up on a huge flowering meadow. Collect nectar, get bigger and stronger, call bees into your swarm and fight seven rival hornets for their nests.
Rivals live their own lives: they grow, rob each other and team up for raids. Rain falls, evenings bring fireflies, and birds of prey swoop in. Capture five nests and the final boss — the Hornet Queen — lands in the meadow centre.
It runs right in the browser on desktop and mobile, with no download or sign-up. Progress is saved automatically.
Tips
- ›Early on, avoid big rivals: collect nectar and get 5–6 bees into your swarm first.
- ›A dash makes the hornet untouchable for a split second — use it to dodge the Queen’s charge and a bird’s dive.
- ›Send your swarm at a nest garrison with the Swarm command, and finish the nest owner with dashes.
- ›Leave bees guarding captured nests: the garrison defends the nest and brings in honey.
- ›In the rain flowers refill fast, and fireflies give lots of honey in the evening — don’t miss these events.
